Summary: The water pressure & lighting in the bathroom really need to be looked at. It would be great to have an area to sit stuff in the bathroom and maybe some hooks.

Summary: There were bugs in the bathroom. A cricket and another crawling bug. The bathroom shower had tile off and the grout was nasty. It did not deserve the good rating it had.

Summary: I never leave reviews. I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years as a working road warrior and this is on the top regarding comfort, cleanliness, and service. The room was spotless clean. It smelled amazing even. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Big fluffy pillows not hard compacted rocks. Everything on this stay hit a 10 on every point.

Summary: Took more than 20 minutes to check in as they were expierencing some system issues. Asked for a room away from the elevator but was given the room right next to it. Fortunately the room keys did not work so got another room away from the elevator. Not a good initial experience. Room was nice though and slept well.
